The wedding has been brought forward!

Due to the ill health of my partners father we have had to move the wedding forward,everything has gone kinda top speed now.any tips on planning a wedding in 6 months? BB xx

That's easy - I organised mine - on my own in 2.5 weeks! ;o) 'Simple' is the thing that will make it easy - don't over-complicate things, just keep everything simple and it will work out superbly! Hope you have a fab day xx

Well i would suggest a buffet as to a set down meal lol, buy your invitations off the shelf. you can get a cake from Marks and spencer and add what you like to it. Get a good disco that does all sort of music, Get your photo's /videos and car/cars sorted. Dress's of the shelf and get then altered if need be. Marion

its easy we did my daughters in three months and it was a wonderful wedding big white do with all the trimming the boquets were not as nice as in the book but it never spoilt the day

Lol, I organised mine single handedly in 3 weeks, 5 days. 6 months isnt too bad! Priorities are venue, reception venue, buffet, disco/music, cake, limo/wedding car, photographer, bride & grooms outfits plus any bridesmaids/pageboys outfits. Anything else is an extra. Google for these services in your area and compare prices.
