	do they reply to your emails, they have taken 2 lots out of my bank, naughty peeps, im supposed to be having my hair done at the hairdresses at 3 and they have nicked half me money shame on them. ps not phoning tried last night and was in a que for 40 mins

	thay seem to pick a number, any number as long as its to their advantage, and help themselves, my bill has gone from £49.49 to £57+ and when I querried it, I was told it was for line rental. I dont have a damn phone with them!!!!

	thanks, im still waiting to get through, bet if i cancell my direct debit , they will be straight on to me though .
