These kids are eating me out of house and home

I have got a grandson of 16 and grandaughter of 13 with me for a week.They go home thursday night.I am now poor as they constantly eat.Cant remember my children eating like this.They are also slim.Just been asked for another ham sandwich.lol annie

You have forgotten Annie - at this age they have hollow legs - my son's bedtime snack (to stave off malnutrition till breakfast) was 3 boiled eggs and 6 rounds of toast every night - this was from about 14-19 years at least. Grandson 18 and still has hollow legs.

Grandaughter had accident sat morning and we spent the week-end in hospital after she had to have operation,Now on crutches.Had to wash her hair tonight.Grandson a bad diabetic and been having headaches and nose bleeds.He has to eat at reg intervals.Do teenagers really eat so much? Annie

sorry to say Annie but yes........especially with boredome in the mix, i.e 1 cant walk and the other needs supervision in what he eats,how about a LARGE bowl of porrige????
