Tina-Marie, It is a 5 bedroomed victorian house with 3 bathrooms. Lovely house but in need of some TLC. All the others have vacated. Just needs skirting boards wiped, hoovering throughout, cupboard cleaning and floors washing and usual bits like toilets, sinks, bath and shower cleaning. I'm not doing a lot else! Viv xxx

Morning Viv. Forget the cleaning, go shopping instead! I love Leeds for shopping! There is a records office in Leeds, somewhere on Chapeltown Road. If you go shopping you'll soon forget about the ancestors aswell as the cleaning! lol Gem:)))

Is it a 'typical' student house Viv? Have you got to get the rug doctor in too? Now my daughter isn't a student she seems to have a bit more respect. There is actually no washing up in the sink or clothes lying around. All the best, endure your day LOL Tina x
