Hi Caroline, I have been with my OH for almost 30yrs. We have 6 children, he never did the kiddy things. I have always seen to the children, he doesn't have a clue!!! Never changed a nappy, fed them or dressed them!!! He was brill with accidents though and he sat with them for stitches and things.... I can't handle that!!! I could have done with a few tips on how to train your OH to be helpful around the house and with the kids, I used to be fair tuckered out....lol Nanna-Moo ;-)))))

You don`t really mean that Bonny, you wouldn`t know what to do with a lazy time. You are a workaholic, and a lovable one. Len.

never happened for me - ex was always up at the crack of dawn on a Sunday to play golf :-( if we were lucky he strolled back in around 3, then went to sleep on the sofa. Do I miss him??!! errrrrrrr !!! how old are your kids? can they not play in their rooms or watch TV until breakfast time? if they can tell the time, then teach them that they can't come into your room or wake you up til say 8am. What about talking to him about it? Discuss with him that you'd like to have a lie in one Sunday morning out of 2/3 or 4?? Much happiness Debi

have a weekend away on your own/with the girls? it will show him what you have to do whilst he's in bed and he may do it in the future without you asking. or you could wake him up and tell him that you are going for a jog at this time and ask him to see to the kids. (you dont actually have to go, just take a book and sit in the garden if it is nice!) tina x
