Kitty You were extremely favoured if your problem was sorted within the hour. Many of us have been waiting MONTHS for GR to sort out problems, and we are told that we are in a queue of queries! OC |

On the left hand side of the page is a help section, click on contact, the click feedback. Put your question to them and they should get back to you. I have had a problem this week with my tree on here and it was sorted out less than an hour. |

G/r don't understand genealogy. They don't understand what is easier for researchers ie by showing full names instead of just christian names! They only know about running the site (that's another debate) and taking our membership fees. If you don't see this thread in a while, you'll know it's been pulled. Me says sorry upfront now John!! |

I think GR just want your money John, they don't want to listen to our suggestions :( |

1. Why does the site show only the christian names of communicating members in some places? It makes it more difficult to operate if you have many members on your contacts list. 2. Why do different names come up for the same member at different times? 3. When I look at trees then the name of the tree as displayed is different sometimes to the corresponding members name. Why? My own included. It does add confusion. How can one change that displayed name? Does anyone else suffer with these problems? How do we communicate problems to Genes Reunited? John Stokes |
