Anyone else recieved things from catalogues late

Hiya, I use Kays which is part of Littlewoods group I believe. You're lucky you got your stuff. I ordered some garden loungers and Crocs, was told (on-line ordering) that they were in stock and would be delivered within 3 weeks. They never arrived and I got a letter from them saying 'sorry, we are unable to get these items at the moment'. I complained saying why was I told when ordering then that they 'were' in stock, ie surely that secured my order!!

I ordered a skirt on Littlewoods last week and they said it would arrive on Wednesday. They were still 'awaiting stock' on Tuesday when I checked so I didn't get it until yesterday (Thursday).
