very true ann my step son is very pale skined and has huge holes i often ask him if there is a change

I wasn't only thinking of the more common cancers....I was also thinking of those moles and birthmarks we can't see, or don't really *see* until a change is dramatic. I have a lot of moles on my back, and hubby keeps an eye on them for me. I've had a few removed over the years, but all have been ok...but if hubby hadn't been looking, I wouldn't have noticed the change in them at first. It might have been too late if there was something nasty going on. Love Daff xxx

Well said all It is really important to check ourselves. My mum showed me how to check myself when I started developing and have checked regularly ever since. My grandad had testicular cancer and if it hadn't been for him self examining I would never have got to know him but luckily I had him in my life for 27 years. This is one of the most important things you can do for yourselves and your family. Jax xx

Ohhhhhhhhh I dont included into the gentlemen bit lol Lorraine i check everymorning in the shower as i lost a mate to testicular cancer simply because he was to embarresd to go to the docs about it So guys check ya bits Sxx not a gentleman lol

specky noticed i have a lump on my back, probably a fatty lump, but will get it checked, he then writely said do you check yourself regulary i said yes i find wearing something silky helps to find anything that would be irregular, so please if you dont already find some time today and check for any lumps or anything that dosnt feel right puss xx
