hi connie i recently changed suppliers from aol to virgin, you may have already tried this , but i logged into aol, and managed to get all my aol emails, from the bin, thingy godd luck and excuse me but if im no help, im a learner thats why i have gone to virgin, they speak my language especially for me, ie; on the router can i see a green light that looks like a twig pmsl. puss xx

i gave a month notice to ntl to terminate my subscription and once terminated to start subscription with sky . All this was arranged in April but i only finally got back onto the internet on the 11th of this month . I wont go into everything that happened - its just too long winded ,but , to top it all off -ntl terminated my e-mail account and ive lost lots of stuff including an e-mail address of a relative who got in touch a week before my subscription with ntl ended. I didnt know suppliers did this ( i thought at least my messages would be saved for the duration of my paid term with them ) Has this happened to anybody else ? Is there a way i can have my account or addresses at least , returned to me ? I have to say this has annoyed me more than anything has in a long time.
