Just looked through the property section of my local paper and it covers an area on the edge of S.E. London called Blackheath which in parts is quite posh and expensive. There is a garage for sale for £299,950 I thought I had read it wrong, but no that is the price, but it is chain free!!! Sue |

Well bet someone is pleased that they dont have to wait for the Jag to move out before they can move in the push bike and the lawn mower. Mad crazy world we are in when will it stop so that people can buy a house to match what they earn. Katy |

Prices in London are rising at a scarey rate. Watching 'Homes under the Hammer' today, (an auction programme). A small 2 bedroom property in Richmond, Surrey went for £310,000 in a very poor state with no bathroom. Extended and refurbished to a high standard, it will realise in the region of £700,000. Stoke - 3 bedroom property, not alot seriously wrong with it, went for £53,000 refurbished and 6 months on, it was valued at £85,000 The difference is phenominal! Tina x |
