Your mum was there with you Trish and would have known you took her the roses. Glad you had family around you to help you through, the firsts are always the hardest times. Take care, after all you are another year older now lol Liz x |

Just to say a big thank you for wishing me a Happy Birthday, it meant a lot. Today was the first birthday,without my dear Mum, it felt so strange not being with her. Today for the first time in ages,it didnt rain, and the sun shone. I went to the cemetary,and placed some roses I picked from my garden. Shed a few tears,but came away knowing it was the right thing to do. Spent the rest of the day,with my lovely family,and grandchildren, a special day for me, one that I was dreading,but I got there in the end. So thanks again everyone. Trish xx |
