I've been have trouble with my broadband for 2mths......the connection will suddenly drop and it can come on again in minutes but sometimes its hours.....anyway after phoning helpdesk and being told its an outside line fault,and inside line fault,an engineer saying microfilter at fault they now tell me my router is faulty....and guess what ...its now out of warrenty....by two months!!!!!so now have to buy a new one. rant over:-( btw....how is everyone...been ages since i've been on here Karen

Karen looks like its the morning for ranting lol can you not explain you have had problem for ages and have always been told it is something other than the router so if you had been properly diagnosed in first place would of been under warranty?

Have tried that but am going to try again as the engineer has just been out and confirmed it. they have refunded two months charges but i still think they should give us a new router. Karen
