ovan light shos me the cake has risen, i got a bit confused with the soft brown sugar and castor sugar but all is looking good just toached the top of the browning cake and its still a bit wobbly so have left it for a few more minutes |

are you really sure about this cos a) the last one you made was flat b) The one at the manchester meet was like a block of concrete? you have to be careful in the kitchen pusser I know what your like, think of the damage limitations, I mean ask yourself why are specky's teeth falling out?? catherine xx |
