prisoner serving life has absconded on day release

He was on ay release in Sheffield area and has absconded. Surely if he is serving life he should not be out on day release. |

Lin that is it exactly, The govenors are so afraid of prisoners shouting about their human rights and that they'll get their free brief that the staff comes second to the inmates, Grrrrrrrr Caz xxx |

They do get day release for attending college and day release work places to get them back into society when they are nearing a release date,,,,,,,,,,he would have been tagged,,,,,so maybe that is lying in a bush somewhere,,,,,,,,,,,!!! |
