My Melting Moments: 8 oz butter, 2 oz icing sugar, 4 oz flour, 4 oz cornflour. Cream butter and icing sugar. Mix in sifted flour and cornflour. Put in heaps (you decide the size!) on biscuit tray. Bake 325 - 400 deg for 15 - 20 mins. When cold join with icing. They really do melt in the mouth. |

Thanks girls, (Huia, I will reply to pm later) Bang goes my diet cos I have to try both these now lol I think the oat ones are the ones mum used to make with a glace cherry in. The others sound a bit like Viennese Whirls? but I can't remember what mum called them. If I get a chance will try and make some this week. Lizxx |
