My friend had the same you need to phone the company that makes them and you should then be told where to send it back to they will then correct the error.

3 lights are flashing, what a nightmare anyone know who fixes them and how much does it cost???

Just asked my son, he says red flashing light usually mean something is not plugged in properly. Make sure all the leads are pushed in , if this doesn,t work it may well be faulty. If you bought it with a credit card you should be covered without a receipt ... Kim xx

i bought one when they first came out. Apparently the first batch was faulty. My son has read on the internet, something about 3 flashing red light, known as flash of death. Anyone heard of this or how it can be fixed please. No i don't have reciept.
