Hello, Does anyone know if there are any records anywhere of British Subjects births/marriages/deaths? Through the kind people on this website I believe I have located some info of my Great Grandma - Adelaide Veall. That she was born in Bellary, India in 1896 and was wondering if there was a way to get any further info? Thank you for any help. Regards, Carey. |

Hi Carey, there are separate indexes for BMD's overseas that were either registered at the Consulate or through the Military. You can search them at http://www.findmypast(.)com/index.html but you have to pay to see the actual details of the index. Certs can then be ordered from the GRO. Maz. XX |
