after them giving me appointment this morning then saying Dr said had to go back to consultant to change pills I told themn to keep my appointment and would contact hospital and if didnt need it would ring them. Left message for consultants secretary explaining and she called me back and said they Dr had to see me and had to find me an alternative she had even asked the nurses as consultant not in til this afternoon. So dutifully went to Dr who said my symptons are withdrawal like symptons and ummed and arghed about what to give me but gave me diflo something, will try them tonight when I have someone with me and hopefully will be ok

Deanna if feeling like this is a only a small bit like what addicts go through when they try and come off I can understand why so many go back to it rather than feel like this. Have very achy muscles where I sprained then falling over yesterday but am still in one piece well sort of lol

Dawn, I have had diclofenac (started off with voltarol but now get given the cheapo version) I only take one at night except when my shoulder was bad and then I took three times a day - have been on them for a couple of years and no problems at all. Good luck. Liz

I am currently on diclofenac for a very sore foot. I was told to take 2 a day but the label says 'up to' 2 a day with food. I was taking one with breakfast and one with dinner. One night I had diarhoea (sp?) and wondered if it was that tabs. I have now cut back to 1 tab with my dinner. Hope I dont have to take them forever.
