Thank you for taking the time to report this problem to us. I am afraid we do have a small bug in our system with regard to the tree permissions. Our technical team have been working on this as a matter of urgency. They do hope to have it fixed within the next few hours. I am very sorry for any inconvenience or distress this has caused you. I am absolutely livid, have spent the past few hours deleting and unticking the hordes of people who have had access to my tree, against my wishes....I have never been in contact with them! *jumps up and down with fury.... |

My tree is ok... but have just brought back updated thread that I added on here in March... they gave me the same answer then and still is not sorted after numerous messages to them |
