MM Yes, looked at the train and it takes at least nine hours, with two changes. Couldnt bear it. The Coach is even worse - 15 hours, with three two hour stop overs in grubby coach stations and at least two changes, arriving at gone midnight. OC

MM Yes - all the flights from Newquay to Leeds Bradford stop at Bristol. Sometimes you have to get off and get another plane, sometimes you don't. Depending on how strong I feel on the day - 4a.m start lol, I might kick up a fuss and demand to know just exactly WHEN you can fly for £37. I wonder how many people would book that flight at £1,037? It is all wrong, it really is. OC

An interesting journey in store! I wondered about the train, but that takes eight hours or more and costs £135.90

There was a bit on the news about this.yesterday I think. It said that the add ons often come to more than the actual cheap flight. But yours sounds way out!! Sue

Well I got a great cheap flight to Spain last week, flying Ryanair (the airlines I love to hate)...only £20 all in. Mind you when I got to the Airport my flight was cancelled. Had to wait seven hours for another flight to a place way out in the sticks. But a penny each way sounds so alluring doesn't it? lol BC

I am flying from Newquay to Leeds. Local airport advertises flights 'From only £37'. But when I look on their site, it is a LOT more than that. So I go to Travelcom for 'cheapest flight' It finds me one...it is £1,016.79. LOLOLOLOL. And yes, I DID put in the correct information. What a con. OC
