Anyone had any experience or know someone who has? Daughter has interview next week and we are trying to support her and give her guidence on what they may ask............................................and I wondered if anybody on here could help too xx

Be herself - answer honestly and enjoy the experience! They want the right person for the job - so that they will succeed in it! No point in being mis-leading - she has done brilliantly well so far and it would be pointless for both parties to have her in the wrong job within the Navy! They may give her some simple tests to do - these are to find out her strengths in particular areas, engineering for example. I enjoyed 12 years in the WRNS and loved it! Go for it and enjoy!
