How awful! Did you have a backup? Is your tree safe?

I don't think so. I loaded Norton 360 into my computer on Friday June 1st and it crashed. I got it back today, minus ALL the data and info, photos, music in all everything. Back to Factory settings. What a bummer. 17 days at PC World for them to sort it out. Bob

The last I heard of you Bob, you were on your way somewhere on holiday, and I wished you well.......was it to somewhere in America? can't remember now......sorry to hear about your computer.....wouldn't know the first thing about backing-up of anything...... Still waiting for someone to show me how to copy a CD I have been sent from the LDS..... Glad to see you again Bob....

I must admit when things go wrong with my computer, that is always my first consideration. The time and money I have put into my family tree. I couldn't piece my tree back together again. I do have various backups at different stages. **must remember to backup soon**
