This wasn't sexual abuse, it was almost naked or completely naked handicapped youngsters left in a home, living on concrete floors and tied to their beds. The awful thing was there were piles of new clothing and lots of food in cupboards, which wasn't being used for them, but being sold by the caretaker. I have no idea where all the care staff were, but the children and young people are now being cared for in another orphanage/children's home and are already looking much better, clothed and fed and the American soldiers are visiting them and helping out with their care and attention. When they first arrived on the scene they thought there were just lots of bodies as the youngsters didn't seem to be alive, they were all dehydrated and some close to death. How lucky those soldiers were passing by and noticed their plight. Liz
