Just been asked by relative in USA who has just watched this - had it been broadcast in UK. I think so but as when El Presidente comes on tv I either change channel or walk out - I did not watch. Was it broadcast here - was billed over there as comedy/drama.

I agree with Andrew - if it was the same programme Chris.....it was comical......when Gordon Brown gets into office, all those who supported Tony, including Cherie, his wife, turn tails on him......Cherie even refuses to act for him in the Court case... ..Tony is left having to face life as a private citizen with a Court trial ahead of him, accusing him of failing the British people by taking them into an unjust war...... It reminded me of Yes Minister, because it showed everything that went on in the background.....all the double-dealing, and lies......they promised Tony that if he left in favour of Gordon, he would not face a public enquiry and trial.......

If I were the Judge, the verdict would be, Guilty of High Treason, Hang Him. Hal.

It wwas sooo funny when as far as I remember, they manipulated Cherie into a judgeship, so she refused to act for Tony in his trial, and sped away from him in her open topped sports car.... I want to see it again....
