Burial look up please Elsie Walls

Thanks Shirley, I was hoping someone might have the burial index cd. If not i will call a Lawnswood in Leeds were they hold records and ask to look through them. Although it is much easier if you know were buried, then all i have to do is ring up for burial no. Thanks again.

Elsie Walls b. 1931 Leeds died 1945 Leeds age 14. Would like to know were buried. Many thanks.

You need to get the cert and then ask the local council of the home address if they have a record of where she was buried , you do need the cert for all the info it has on it

Poor Elsie was killed outside the Melbourne Pub in Seacroft Leeds while riding her bike with a friend.

Helen, Don't forget that when you ring up to give ALL details ie month that she was buried as the books at Lawnswood are big tomes. Good Luck Suexxxx

Hi Sue I once went up and looked for others buried at harehills early 1900's, and as you say big indeed. I even felt like i should be wearing gloves they are so frail. It is time consuming looking through. I've always got to be somewhere! not enough hours in the day.
