Clare, rest assured. It is extremely rare for there to be problems with BT broadband. This current one is not affecting general internet access but merely access to 'log-in' pages such as the BT personalised home page. |

Dont say that, gem.... am being changed over to bt broadband tomorrow, coz have had nowt but probs with telewest/virgin... Arrgggghhhhh!!!! Clare x |

There appears to be a general server problem with BT tonight. Although your general connection should be fine, there may be problems logging into your personalised pages. |

Anyone else having problems in logging on tonight? It's taken ages for me to log in, and it's pretty slow aswell. Nothing showing on help though. |
