Hi Judith, I have just done Peterloo to the the Chartists as a course through the local Uni, about the reforms in the North, which of course included Ludd. Fascinating stuff, and of course some of our ancestors were involved with the reforms Polly, not Pitman, we are looking for a name that seems to be better remembered for shavers these days ;-))
