Today has not been a good day for me - whilst pollen count is medium pollution count has been high.

Sorry you are suffering and others too, I am lucky that I don't seem to be affected, my son has had a few problems over the years tho. Maybe tomorrow will be better for you, well today (Sunday) I mean, but it is never tomorrow till I have been to bed!! Liz
