Well this week (yes it is Saturday once again!) it is piri piri chicken - absolutely delicious! I was going to have it when we go out for lunch tomorrow so will have to think of something else now. Oh well. |

Bet your dinner wasn't as delicious as mine is (unless you cooked it yourself of course and then, naturally, I would not criticise your cooking for fear of cutlery being thrown at me) |

I don't throw cutlery Errol, only plates, I love that resounding crash as they hit the doorframe or wall when o.h. ducks! lol I have been very tired today so was a scratch meal but ok. I had chicken with cheese and bacon sauce in the freezer, shop pack, so I cooked that, and served with extra cheese sauce granules mixed in to make more, thicker sauce, over wholemeal and tricolour pasta, and (frozen) baby carrots, baby corn, mangetout and green beans, with garlic bread. It tasted pretty good, didn't take lots of effort and was fairly nourishing and healthy. Have to keep freezer stocked up for days when I am too tired to do much but usually make sure we eat healthily. |
