Roxanne I have never put any of my 4 into a cattery - they stay home. I am happier knowing they are in their own environment so even if they pine for me - and they do - they are at least in familiar surroundings ..... Auntie Nic from next door and nan & grandad (my ma & pa) have a rota for feeding :O)) |

Hi No, you are not alone. mine runs as soon as she sees her basket. I dont know if she is happy there, woman who runs it say's she is fine. she is always in her sleeping area when we go for her. When she is back she follows me around like a wee dog and mews if I go out of the room, even more than she does now. At £7-05p a day she better like it lol. Marion |

I don't have a cat but I enjoy going to look after my sister's, when they go on holday. Cats can then still come and go as normal. The fact that it is just 8 minutes walk from the Record Office is an added bonus. Gwyn |

Your not alone - the cat is fine though cause a neighbour calls in 3 times a day, she loves to do it - mind you last time we ended up with a very poorly cat and £700 vets bill (not her fault l might add!). The dog usually goes to dog sitters - they take in dogs for people, they had Madoc for 3 weeks recently and he loves it:o))) on the odd occasion when they are busy he has to go into kennels and he's ok, not his best but ok:o(( Have a nice time:o) jude sarf wales :o) |
