you could get a cheque from your bank in US or East Carribbean dollars - the charge is about £5 though

I've got to send us dollars to St Lucia to get a copy of my marriage certificate. I've tried to do it twice before. Last time I sent cash and it must have got nicked!

not sure on postal orders, but i work in a foreign exchange bureau and we can do bankers drafts for a £7.50 charge, they are in $ and made out to a 3rd party. Jane
