Hi Joyce, so long as your son has some rights to the children this nutty woman shouldn't be able to stop you seeing them through your son, but quite honestly, is she fit to have custody of them carrying on the way she is doing? Where are they while she is harrassing you. Maybe a threat to talk to Social Services might bring her into line. Good luck, Liz

i agree with nanna call the police and get it logged against her.It can be used against her in a court and it wouldn't look great either would it. There are grandparents rights as well as fathers,there are lots you can do regardless of what she threatens. I too hate it when people use the kids as weapons in family break ups.Thing is when the kids get old enough they soon work it out for themselves. Tina

Call the police and get this on record, it will not go in her favour if she tries to stop you from seeing the children. She can't do it, just use the threat of the courts in return. Been there got the t-shirt and mug etc., she has to obey the court if your son has access rights. Nanna-Moo

Joyce, you don't need this do you. Don't know what to suggest if you think that calling the police will make her stop you seeing the children. Is there anyone who can act as mediator to see if you can force a truce? Why is she so angry with you? or is it your son she really wants to swear at? Hope you can find a solution but (I know easier said than done), try to stay calm, strees wont help your situation. Ann Glos
