Hi Trish.. Yes it does..plus forms can be printed off,,,,,,,,,,, I think the holidays is a fantastic idea,,,,,, British Gas also have a Trust Fund,,,,,as do many of the Water companies,,,,,,,,,,,they are worth looking into..............
