anyone out there give any advise on adoption 1920.s?. can't find a relative of mine in the GRO birth Records . have applyed and got her birth certificate took a few weeks to come it say's the birth was registered the same year as she was born. now wondering if she was adopted. could anyone please tell me if when people where adopted was an ordinary birth certificate issued naming the adoptive parents as the 'real' parents and even though the person was now dead would the GRO still issue that certificate.? also how can i find out if she was adopted,
