Joy I personally find that exercise exacerbates my fibro. Get her to join this website and meet all the lovely peeps that keep us going Lillyxxxx Just googled and there is a website that recommends jumping on a mini trampoline, which I certainly can't believe helps cos my kids have one & it hurts my neck. |
