It really is so unfair to the Customers who lose when a firm goes bust. The Liquidators cream off their wedge, then the Tax Man and VAT, then the big IF there is anything left it all gets divided between the other creditors. There ought to be a first automatic refund to those who have paid money for goods not yet supplied. It really makes me cross to see the vultures eating steak while the lambs are starving. |

Just seen in tonights local paper that a Bridal Shop has just gone bust in our town. One couple went today to pick up their outfits only to find a notice on the door saying 'Ceased Trading'. How awful for them to find this out the day before the big day. Whatever are they going to do. My daughter gets married in July ............ Know what I'm doing on Monday morning?.............. finding out about wedding insurance that's for sure |
