I loved doing it Colin, damn sight harder than it looks i know that. Once i got used to it, i found it very relaxing and i slept so well. Think id like to get back into it.

Hi Donna :):) Tai Chi can sometimes be pretty hard from the point of learning the moves if you have never done anything like it before but that feeling of relaxation once you get into a class and start to learn makes you want to go back and do it more and more. Once a short form comes together and you get the feel for it I think Tai Chi is an excellent thing for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Ive been back for a few weeks now and already I am sleeping much better then before and more relaxed in day to day life. I would recommend it to anyone :) Colin :):)
