Google 'OIOC' That will give you the British Library Office of Indian and Oriental Collections. Email them as I have found them to be very helpful. Good luck, Jim

Good evening to all, I wondered if anyone knows how to find a soldiers details if they were born and served in India. My grandfather was an Anglo-Indian and apparently served as a Major in the British Grenadiers Indian Army in the Transport Division in North India. Any help would be gratefully received. Best Regards Viveka
