You have the 'Law' and you have 'Justice' never get the Two Confused. Then You have the 'So Called'Judiciary ( Pillocks ) who supposedly 'Interpret ' these Laws. These are the People who should be Blamed for bad Judgement,Plus of course the ( Whichever ) Goverment of the Day who allows them to get away with it.

Yes, I had an idea it was the father but I couldn't remember for sure, so didn't mention it. Thank heavens those children have a sensible father and good paternal grandparents - doesn't sound as tho the maternal grandmother did anything to help, just egged them on.

Just briefly because I haven't read it all yet, but the children are now with their Paternal grandparents and will not go back to the mum's custody.....it seems it was the father who when shown the video went to Social services. Rosexxx

In some cases I agree with you. However - there was an item on the NI news last night about an English soldier who had been based here in NI being given 20years in prison for 40 counts of child abuse including the abuse of his then 9 year-old daughter & several of her friends. I happened to teach this little girl & have been following the story with great interest to see what the outcome would be. This happens to be the longest ever sentence in NI handed down for child abuse - WELL DONE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM!! Ails x

Who judges the Judges? Very, very sad.

The more I hear about this the angrier I get. Bob, I never took my son to clout anyone. He was taught from an early age that violence in inexcusable in a civil society. I'm sure he had the odd scuffle with his friends but as a parent I would never encourage violence in my child. That's the difference between civilised parents like me and the dreadful creatures we saw on the news last night. Gwynne

I heard the video was sent to a family member who promptly called the social services. What evil ignorant horrible women, on the news tonight the judge was branded as soft! Soft and daft and should no longer be a judge in my opinion! I hope these women get hounded everywhere they go.

Im a huge Animal lover,as some of you know, I think He deserves to be behind bars! As for these women, words fail me. Yes!the law is an ass!! they should have gone to gaol!

I gather that these mums went a bit over the top, by videoing the events............. BUT have you NEVER, when your little un has been bullied taken the victim to give the bully a clump? I know it was practice in MY day teaches the kid not to go running to mummy......... Bob
