Do people believe in ghosts and do they have any story's to share, i have a few, all of them take place at my Boarding house through the 7 years i was there. 1: woke up about 2 in the morning needing the loo, so walked down the corridor, went, then on the way back i looked behind me and their was on old lady walking towards me. i thought it might be the houseparents mum so i thought nothing of it. turns out she wasnt there that day........ 2: moved into a room with 2 chinese lads. one morning one of them came over and told me that during the night he had woken up because he heard someone crying, he then said that he then saw a girl walk through the wall adjoining us to the next room and throw herself out the window.... 3: i had a poltergiest in my wardrobe, every evening bout 11:30 there would be knocking, scratching and bumps, this would go on for about 5-10mins, the door would swing open and the noise would stop. if u tryed to lock the door shut it would shake along the floor. There were scratch marks on the walls and door that looked quite old... spooky or what

I expect you were wanting a ghost story rather than a song, so here's one for you! In the village I lived in as a kid there is an old Georgian house. The story goes that a lady committed suicide there and she is seen to wander on the top floor from her suite of rooms over to the bathroom on the other side of the corridor where she died. She is known as the blue lady. When I was in my early teens the house was being used as an hotel and my Mum used to work there as a chambermaid. The hotel owners had a bloodhound who refused to enter the rooms the blue lady haunted. It didn't bother my Mum though. When I left school the house was being run as a night club and I went to work there as an office junior. The offices were situated on the top floor. I was on my own up there one day and decided to go down to the kitchen to get a cuppa. As I came out of the office and turned to go down the stairs, there was this 'thing' floating about in the corridor. I can tell you, I didn't hang around to study it and I think I must have descended those stairs in world record time! lol

My mother as a child lived in a house built on the site of a bombed out nurses home. Her younger brother was quite ill as a child and one day my Gran asked my Mum to check he was ok and if he needed anything and Mum came downstairs and said he is ok as the nurse is up there with him !!! I live in a very old Longiere farmhouse, that was built in the 1500s but have never felt anything here, but love to think that there are some friendly spirits about xx Jill

My late sister Pat found a kitten took it home but it was dying so Mum nursed it then buried it. A few weeks later Pat was run over and killed on her way to Mass . One afternoon a few week after this my Mum and Dad were sat in the kitchen and a cat came through the door and ran up the stairs my Dad went up after it to bring it down and there was no sign of the cat. No way it could have got out or come down without him seeing it. Mum used to say it came to tell her that Pat was alright and they were together. Germaine x

Andrew look at a thread on here called 'genes reincarnated' there are lots of stories on there. Yes I believe in the after life, been there, seen and heard spirits, had out of body from the age of 7, now joined a development circle, so we'll see what happens. People will mock you, those that don't believe..I say ~ I don't give a monkeys chuff to them! ! !. ..I know what I have seen and heard and it's still happening now. xxx
