Mum was born 1921with Rickets & weigh a couple of pounds. Rheumatic fever twice left her with a badly damaged I was sent to Grams as much as possible during school holidays To a caravan, it could be so lonely Being ten with Grin in her 70’s, So I loved it when allowed to come home even if it wasn’t always Good, Mum had heart surgery late 1969 ,a human valve transplant It lasted three till 1972. Just a feeling to write my thoughts down. Love Gwen |
