A nyone have one ? I bought one from QVC last year but have had 2 letters to say there is a problem and stop using it. I`ve asked for my money back but they say they are still investigating the problem but I have a piece of equipment I can`t use. What do others think ? Ros xxx

I would stress that you now want your money back if it is not fit for purpose. They can't have it all ways, either you have to stop using it and they refund your money, or it is OK. Sounds as if somebody has had an accident with it and they are worried about litigation. Ann Glos

I do have the strings to attach if I want to. It's one of those steppers that goes out to the side as well as up and down. Sounds like the same thing? We sell them in work - hope they don't get recalled lol Kaye x
