UPDATED TODAY!! Sas Will appear at Lewes Crown Court on 27th September accused of Death By Dangerous Driving. I was so shocked to hear this, apparently she was supposed to have been speeding, she did a breatherliser and was clear thank goodness. I hopefully shall be going to the Court on that day to see what happens, I'm not sure if she is being trialed by a jury or has pleaded guilty, I think she shouLd plead not guilty on the account she has no memory of the accident, she cannot admit to something she has no memory of.
