do you drink it ,my oh does and friends of ours say its good for you but the smell puts me off. i remember dad giving us oxo and bread for supper when we were kids but the only thing i do with oxo and bovril now is put it in my gravy

When I was little my dad always used to give us oxo sops as a snack when we came in from playing outside. I haven't had it in years might try it again later. Jackiexx

Hi Dawn I like drinking hot Bovril. Used to drink hot Oxo as well. When a young teenager I used to serve in the shop on local football ground, fans would queue up for hot Oxo at half time,but when I make it now it's not the same, very crumbly. Think I remember cubes being quite 'thick and sticky' if those are the right words! We used to buy them on the way home from school to lick.....easily pleased in those days lol Mau xx

I drink bovril - and have it on my toast - always have a large jar handy at home and work :O)))

hi jackie/bob/mau/anne bobs thread reminded me about the oxo drinks dad use to give us years ago , i use to hate it but dad use to say how good it was for me and if i drank half of it i could leave the rest. : ( dawn xx

they were yummy - lasted for ages - good for the diet ;-) Haven't tried one for years!

used to eat and drink oxo cubes as well , now just drink it with bread for dunking :-)))))))))) Twizzle
