but I used to go to dancing classes years ago, all the usual old dances, Waltz, Cha Cha, Tango, Foxtrot. The teachers were Elsie and Martin, blimey, what a memory. Anyone else ?

Yes I did, but can't remember any of the dances now. When I see Strictly come Dancing now, I'd really like to have a go - not with the sequins and short dresses though it would put everybody off their cornflakes!

I used to go, my brother was my partner until he realised it wasn't cool and stopped going and that put an end to my dancing days. But to be honest I only went for the pretty dresses. lol Jackie:o)

I can only remember a few of them, comes in handy at times though. At least with those dances, you can get close to your partner, and not dancing either end of the hall LOL
