Is it only me who is having problems with Ancestry (.) co (.) uk.......I haven't changed any of my PC settings but just keep getting a blank screen. Apologies if anyone else has already mentioned this Lisa

Lisa, I had this problem after I took full advantage of their 30 day free trail (and then didn't subscribe). The only way I managed to get round it was to set up a new acount on a different computer with new email address. I now access on original computer but only by following link from confirmation email. Hope this makes sense and helps. Only other option I can see is to phone them and ask customer services if they've blocked your account. T.O.R. ;~))
