Thanks Paul Tried all sorts of things & can't do it - looks like they have to enable it from their end. A shame as wanted to e mail to them today. My printer's on the blink so I've forwarded it to work and I'll print it off there. Thanks again Debby

adobe reader will open it never tried to write to a pdf before though you will probably have to print it off then fill it in and post it Paul

I've just downloaded an application form for a job for oh. He wants to fill it in online and send it straight back today but you can't write to it. There must be a way to do this - how? Thanks Debby
