Member Since: November 2006 Posts: 2 Send Message	Hi there. I have been trying to vier a full view of my tree but it doesnt work. It goes through all the configuration but doesnt get past 'load flash viewer'. I emailled customer support a week ago but have not received an answer and am a little frustrated as its hard to get an overall view of fanily when i can only see 1 generation at a time. I have downloaded a flash viewer thing and thought that would work - but no luck! Can any one help? Much appreciated. thanks
