Exactly! I want to see my grandchildren's weddings! (I suspect I'm a little older than you!) Mind you, I don't know where that £1000 has gone? Presumably I would have £1000 less in my bank account scary! Angela

I actually thought about this subject today Ange and the fact that I am not in my purse everyday ...... I can go days without having to go to the shop and it feels brill ....... My lungs feel better ...... (although I'm on inhalers now) ...... I have the foresight that I will not end up on an oxygen machine 24/7 thro' smoking etc ...... that's what feels good to me and the fact that my daughter who is only 11 says 'It's nice to have a clean mummy'...... that sums it up for me ..... Luv TJ xxxx

TJ Ditto. It does stink! OH goes outside for his first cig of the day now, I nearly threw up a few weeks ago when he lit up first thing in the morning! He only smokes about 6-8 a day, so I shouldn't moan. I keep adding up the money I've saved. (£100 per month, nearly £1,000 so far - puts it in perspective!) Re the weight, I put on a couple of stone, have now lost one of those in recent weeks. I'm told you should drink water! Angela

Hi Angela It's exactly - 68 days since I had one and the craving i have to admit has subsided ..... but I am turning into one of those famous EX SMOKERS .......eg: it stinks etc...... The only bit i'm unhappy with is the extra weight I've put on although hubby says I could do with it and I look better for it .... It's depressing me ....... Oh well such is life and I guess the weight is the lesser of the two evils ........ LOL TJ XXXXx

Hi TJ I'm fine. 9 months & 12 days since I last had one. Hubby's just had one & I still fancied one. Does the craving ever go away? (Sorry to remind you!) Angela
