Hi, Try this one. 1 ¾ cups whiskey/brand/wine (whatever you prefer, but buy cheap) 1 x 14pz can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup whipping cream 4 eggs 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon almond extract Stick it all in the blender Pour into a bottle and secure tightly Pop it in the fridge Lasts up to a month. Shake the bottle before you drink. Another one is to substitute Camp coffee instead of the coffee granules and chocolate syrup. Just be careful how much alcohol you put in other wise you will be flat on your back! Aileen xxx Have found a cheap wine based version is Irish Knight which is under £3 I believe in Asda and I usually get a few bottles of that in for Xmas. |

here's another recipe 2 tsp Instant Coffee Tin condensed milk 1/2 pt (284ml) double cream 1 1/2 pt (852ml) single cream Bottle (70cl) cheap Brandy or Whisky 2 tsp Glycerine Dissolve coffee in 1/2 cup of hot water. Mix condensed milk and all of the cream. Whisk. Add Brandy and Glycerine. Whisk. Pour into clean bottles and refrigerate. Shake before serving. Sufficient to make 2 1/4 litres of Baileys. Please note; If you are on a diet you can use skimmed condensed milk! Penny |

I was only just looking at my recipe today. Mines on a much larger scale , a 2 litre coke bottle + one large glassful to test its worked:) HOME MADE BAILEYS 4tsp coffee granules 1 tin unsweetened condensed milk(don't want too many calories) 1/2 pt double cream 1 1/2 pt single cream 1 bottle whisky/brandy 2tsp glycerine Dissolve coffee in hot water Mix condensed milk and all cream Whisk Add Brandy and Glycerine Whisk again Decant into bottle and drink whats left over. Hic! You can make a beautiful White Russian with this recipe. WHITE RUSSIAN Equal measures of homemade Baileys, Vodka and Tia Maria Now you understand why I don't remember much of the Millenium celebrations! Don't forget the pint of water before retiring though! Nearly forgot the logo on bottles today, DRINK RESPONSIBLY!!!!!!!!!!!! |

These recipes dont seem true to life' isnt there somewhere a stage where after every line, you have to sip the brandy/whisky? Janets got the right idea, consume what wont go into the bottle..... LOL Bob |
